JOE PRIESTNER PROMOTED TO DIRECTOR OF TECHNOLOGY

The appointment of Joe Priestner to Director of Technology for the firm was announced today. This promotion comes as the result of a major technology and innovation focus within the company, and Joe will be taking the lead in this endeavor.

Joe’s past experience in monitoring, surveying, GPS, laser scanning, machine guidance, and instrumentation is the perfect balance for the innovation being expanded within the company, and his expertise will be invaluable to the many new areas that are being focused on including smart IoT technology, drone services, geostructural monitoring, and 3D scanning.

Joe has been an industry leader developing new and innovative technologies and businesses around the eastern United States as well as publishing a feature article in Professional Surveyor Magazine. As past Chairman of the Geomatics Division of the American Society of Civil Engineers, he now leads the team in applying technology in the geospatial, remote sensing, and geo-structural monitoring markets.
