Colin Towers was a proposed development that is a 7-story mixed use building with market-rate rental apartments, community facility and/or commercial space. The plan included 2 floors of subgrade parking for tenants, as well as parking spaces available for rent to the public. The proposed 162-foot-tall development yielded 132,256 square feet, with 53,678 square feet designated for residential space and 12,498 square feet for commercial use. The building was planned to have 52 residences, most likely condos based on the average unit scope of 1,032 square feet. The concrete-based structure was also planned to have 39 enclosed parking spaces.
