PMC Services for Accessibity Upgrade Station Improvements

This project requires a consultant firm to provide Program Management Consultant, Construction Management, and Design Compliance Services (collectively, “PMC Services”) to administer, manage, oversee, and coordinate the accessibility upgrades at eight stations in the Boroughs of New York City. The Project will install ADA compliant elevators at eight (8) stations and will perform state of good repair work at selected stations. Stations include: - Westchester Square Station - Pelham Line, Bronx - 181st Street Station - 8th Ave Line, Manhattan - Queensboro Plaza Station - Flushing Line, Queens - Court Square Station - Crosstown Line, Queens - Woodhaven Boulevard Station (ADA and SoGR) - Jamaica Line, Queens - Marcy Ave Station - Jamaica Line, Queens - Flushing Ave Station - Jamaica Line, Queens - 8th Avenue Southbound - Sea Beach Line, Brooklyn
