Queens Armory Inspection and Condition Assessment

Enovate was asked to provide services in support of a facility evaluation being performed for the Department of Military and Naval Affairs (Owner) at the Jamaica Armory. Enovate conducted a condition assessment of the interior existing storm and sanitary sewer utility piping at the Armory. Included is access to presumed asbestos-containing materials (ACM) and suspect ACM thermal system insulation (TSI) pipe insulation. Sampling and sealing of access points as well as providing access to selected structural members with lead-containing dust was required.
